Air imports cargo is trans-shipped from Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi (connecting soon) to all airports, CFS's and ICD's most convenient to the ultimate consignee. Similarly, cargo meant for export is transshipped from any remote airport to the gateway airport most convenient to the airline. (Indian Customs rules do not permit bonded trucking of export Cargo between Mumbai and Delhi gateway airports).
